Go to a specialty shop

Find your cup size using your bust measurement. If the number is the same as your band size, you wear an A. If the number is 1 inch greater than your band size, you wear a B. If the number is 2 inches greater than your band size, you wear a C. Continue until your reach the appropriate cup size.

Go to a specialty shop or visit an Internet site that specializes in plus sizes. Try on the bras in your size and one size larger, since not all companies size exactly the same way.

Machine wash your swimwear occasionally for a more intense wash that will remove all traces of chlorine, sand, salt water and perspiration. Place your swimsuit inside a lingerie bag to protect it before putting it into the washer. Wash your swimsuit separately initially as the colors may run, especially black and very bright colors. Never machine wash swimwear with a metallic or glittery finish and remember they are not designed to be worn in hot water or for strenuous activities. Always hand wash this type of swimsuit.

Lay your cheap lingerie on a flat surface or hang it on the line to dry. Hang bright or fluorescent swimwear indoors or in the shade to reduce fading. Never tumble dry swimwear, as this will weaken the elastic.

Measure both your waist and your hips to find your correct panty size. To find your waist measurement, measure your natural waistline. Find your hip measurement by measuring the fullest part of your hips.
